Twenty years ago …I met a little boy who walked to school in the morning….but at lunch time he returns back home….I asked why have you returned back so early….today I got sent home because my mum couldn’t afford my school fees. I ask why do you go everyday….his response..I love school, it my only place of escape, where I escape from the poverty around me, he said someday the teachers let us stay and show us sympathy , reason why I go everyday. The last-time we met he shed tears and said his journey at school was over the school wouldn’t have him anymore as his mum couldn’t afford the fees ….that day remained with me as it broke my heart. Today so proud …..many of the kids in Eze positions can now go school through schools like Cleavermind a school we have partnered founded by Zion Oshiobugie to support children from disadvantaged backgrounds. Today we are proud of all the Children who have graduated 🎓 👏 …so proud of you. Thank you to our sponsors….for all the laptops, the funds and books 📚 we are shipping to the school. Three weeks ago we launched ” Gloves FOR Africa ” to give many of the kids growing in some of the tough neighbourhood of Africa.a chance to D.R.E.A.M and to keep them off the street. We shared the story of Azumah Nelson aka The Professor former WBC Champion how against all odds ..poverty and hardship he turned his life around through boxing to become a hero for many African Children. I have been blown away by the generosity of Gloves coming from boxing gyms across the country….we have received cartons of gloves from all over the country.

We work today …as a team in the gym….we dug deep today and we share one common love for the sport of Boxing. As part of of our campaign on “Gloves for Africa “We have shared the beautiful boxing drills from the street of Lagos, Nigeria 🇳🇬 No fancy Gyms and equipment, but this kids are so determined, sharing gloves , training on concrete surface, and using any available means to turn their dreams into a reality. Since I been involved in this sport over 20 years ago I have met some of the kindest people they will give you their shirt on their back….and damn I have seen the kindness in Humanity of many in this sport …your generosity through the gloves, pad and training equipment we have collected will go to touch many lives in some of the toughest neighbourhood in Mama Africa.
